The Management - Gary Oakes and Kevin Proctor
Kevin Proctor is the Head of Genting's live poker operation and
is responsible for all live poker outside of London for the
group. Having worked for Genting for over 20 years, including
most recently as General Manager of Genting Club Queen Square,
Liverpool where Kevin and his team rejuvenated the poker offering
Gary Oakes heads up Genting's online poker operation and is
responsible for GentingPoker.com and our other associated
brands. Having been a casual poker player for many years,
Gary has worked with Genting for almost 5 years, since the
launch of Circus Poker in mid 2008.
Kevin and Gary are the management
team responsible for the operation of the Genting Poker
Series, and they'll be on hand for each event. You can find them in
a corner somewhere arguing about football, Kevin is from Liverpool
and Gary from Manchester, so you can imagine, they have very
different views on things.
The Tournament Director - Raf White
Raf White currently runs the poker room at Genting Club
Sheffield and has been in and around poker for many many years.
Raf is a big believer in fair and progressive poker rules, that
suit all types of players, and is looking forward to meeting
players at the Genting Poker Series Main Events. Raf will
also be making some appearances at Satellite events in the lead up
to the Legs. Welcome Raf!
The Commentator - Marty Wilson
Mad Marty as he is known is one of the most recognisable
faces, and voices in world poker. Marty has been playing poker
since the stone age, or so it seems, and whilst he is now better
known as a host, commentator and TD, it is worth remembering that
Marty has amassed almost $500k in tournament winnings during his

many years now, hosting our Las Vegas Team Challenge finals and of
course hosting and commentating on the Genting Poker Players
A real character, full of great
'Mad Marty' stories, the commentary is going to be funny,
insightful and definitely highly entertaining!
Marty will be joined in the
commentary box by a host of guests.
